Currently we are offering
Certified Cook
- or equivalent with education from a program of either Chef Training from an institution
- Minimum of four years job experience required, especially in preparation of sea food
- Ability to work independently
- Must have knowledge of food production equipment
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties
- Workstations maintained in an organized, clean and sanitary condition
- Maintain proper handling of all inventories, including proper storage, rotation, covering, labeling, and dating
- Accountability, Leadership, Respect and Safety!!!
