Stocks of Coho, Sockeye, Chinook, and Pink Salmon, combined with impressive local runs make for terrific Sports fishing triumphs through the season. Halibut - This popular game fish is easily caught and can reach a huge size Rockcod, Lingcod -Caught nearly everywhere in coastal waters, as is BLACK BASS Shellfish - Crabs, prawns, shrimp, oysters and clams share space with the fish. The Chinook salmon has always been BC sport fishing's crown jewel. This trophy fish can weigh out at over 32 kg/ 70 /lbs, and some of the largest Chinook inhabit these waters but are others also provide an extraordinary fishing experience.
