Clayoquot Sound is covered with ancient temperate rainforest, inlets, lakes and rivers. It reaches a maximum of 35 kilometers inland, up to the crest of snow-capped mountains. These mountains are part of the central spine of Vancouver Island and form the headwaters of the rivers that feed into Clayoquot Sound. Just imagine! There you are, flying over the fjords of Clayoquot Sound with it's spectacular, breath taking, birds eye views of islands, and the mighty Pacific.
