Cancellation policy
Standard Reservation:
If cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, total booking, less the first night, will be refunded.
If cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, entire booking will be retained.
Single night bookings are prepaid and non refundable.
Discount specials:
Are prepaid and non refundable (in the event your dates must be changed,
we will work with you, PROVIDING notification is minimum 10 days prior to arrival).

Pet Policy
Pets must be leashed when in all public areas and are not allowed in the room by themselves. Guests required to sign a pet agreement, and are liable for any damages and repairs other than normal wear and tear. Any noise complaints that result in refunds to other guests will be charged to pet guests' rooms.
